Rental Terms

By submitting your payment on our website, you agree: 

• That the card you use will be billed automatically each month for your reserved space
• 3 week notice is required to vacate your space
• Customer agrees to keep the vehicle insured, and in good operating order. 
• 30 day notice must be given by the 5th of any month to be removed from the following month’s payment system
